From day one TvA advised and guided us through business decisions and IRD dealings and ensured that we stayed on the straight and narrow. 

We started our business in 1994 and teamed up with Peter Tolan for our accountancy needs, which were substantial having never been in business before. Throughout the years following, Peter transitioned to owning his own business which eventually became apart of Tolan van Asch, then TvA Lock, and is now known as TvA Limited.

Sounds Air

Professional, on time and contactable - that's how I would sum up TvA. We needed to get onto a cloud based accounting package, Xero ticked all the boxes for us, and Lou from TvA transitioned us from our old system to Xero. Any glitches were sorted, Lou was always on the end of the phone when I needed her - she is a 'can do' person.

TvA have also taken over our payroll, our company is growing and payroll is not what we do, it made good business sense to pass this on to TvA, and I have no regrets. Nothing is a problem and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We needed a new accountant and I had been to a few of TvA's seminars and was impressed. I liked how approachable they were and the friendliness of the staff. After doing some comparisons, we changed to TvA, it was an easy decision, and I am so pleased we did. The transition could not have been smoother, any issues with the handover were entirely handled by Lou, it was seamless, Lou handled it so well, she is a can do person, nothing is a problem.

We receive monthly reports and this allows us to make good business decisions and it also flags things we need to be aware of.
