MYOB packages, in our view, are solid but unsophisticated performers. Their strength lies in having been around for years and being well understood by accounting firms such as ours.
We have used MYOB packages for years and know many satisfied MYOB users.
But times are changing. The challenge for MYOB is to upgrade the software. The MYOB packages are now looking a bit tired, and are increasingly difficult to integrate with Microsoft products, for example.
