Date: 28 January 2014

Microsoft

On the 8th of April 2014, Microsoft will end support for the Windows XP operating system that has been around for twelve years.  You will no longer receive security updates for Windows XP or Office 2003.  Not only that, you will be more likely (16 times) to get a virus, your internet banking site may no longer function and some e-mail services may no longer work.

BankLink

BankLink have advised that BankLink Books will not run on a computer with a Windows 98 and you will need to upgrade your operating system to continue using BankLink Books.   At this stage BankLink Notes will not be affected.

Accounting software
