Are you a Reckon User?

Are you having trouble seeing your printer in on-line hosting?
Our team comes across this issue fairly often; we figure if we have, you will have too.

Here's what to do.

If your local printer is not showing on the printer list and the list only shows three Microsoft printers   …   log off, restart your computer and log into hosted again.  This will resolve it.
