Business Planning: the time is now

We believe it is important for all businesses to have a business plan - it clearly sets out the purpose and vision for the business!

Planning allows you to set out the goals for the business and strategies for how you will achieve these goals.  This in turn helps to develop a roadmap to guide decision making and can also be shared with your team to communicate the values of the business.

If the business has been going for a number of years, have you reviewed the business plan recently to ensure that it is up to date and still valid?  Do all owners still have the same vision for the business?

We can work with you to create this business plan.  This will involve a planning session which will set personal and business goals for the next 12 months and come up with an action plan to achieve these goals.  It will also identify the financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business, as well as outlining the main opportunities and vulnerabilities for the business.
