How early are we?

Everyone is different, but I have a little Pinot Gris block coming off mid March rather than end of March, some 15 days earlier than last year.

So back to eight to nine years ago, I recall discussing with some clients with March balance dates that March wasn't an ideal balance date for them and they may like to consider their options and perhaps look to a June balance date.

Some felt it wasn't likely to be so early again, however here we are again, except this time it is even earlier.

If you are a grape grower with a March balance date and are looking like you are going to have 14 vintage, or some of your 14 vintage in March and your 13 vintage was in April you should consider talking to us to do a little planning.

It is better done on your terms rather than getting a fright later in the year when we crunch your annual numbers.  Give as a call.
